Blizzard!

Another huge snow storm here in Baltimore, possibly the biggest one since they started keeping track of storm totals about 120 years ago. About 3 feet of snow fell in 24 hours. That is more snow in a single day then we often get for a whole year!

This winter is turning out to be even snowier than the 1995-1996 winter when I was a junior in high school. We missed so many days that we had a longer school day all spring and stayed in school extra weeks. Luckily, I am not in school and work from home so it doesn't effect me too much, but I'd love to get out! I am not holding my breath, it often takes several days to get plowed out, if our street gets plowed at all, and that is with a smaller snow storm. Unfortunately, more snow is predicted for later this week! I don't want to be trapped here for a whole week!

Around noon, still snowing

Matt tried to get some snow off of our holly tree, it is the only evergreen we have and it really held on to the snow. Snow really didn't effect our trees with bare branches, thankfully.
